Juried Regional entry fee is $5 LAC members and $10 for nonmembers

 

LOAN AGREEMENT:

The above named artist agrees to loan the artwork listed to The Library Arts Center for the “Library Arts Center Juried Regional Exhibit.” Works selected for the exhibit will be insured for 70% of retail value. Sales are subject to a 30% commission donated to the LAC. Artwork must be gallery ready for hanging and must remain for the duration of the exhibit. There is a $2,500 limit on insurance value for each work.

ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION BY EMAIL OR PHONE

A volunteer will email you (or if necessary phone you) on May 10th, immediately following judging to let you know if your work will be in the exhibit.

PICKUP OF UNSELECTED WORK

Work not selected for the exhibit will not be insured and must be picked up promptly. It must be picked up on Tues. May 10^th, or by arrangement with the director
