YOGA at the Library Arts Center

SPRING Offerings for 2020

A note from Brianna, re: online yoga!

I am of the firm belief that everything happens for a reason. The good, the bad, and the ugly. However, how we respond to something, is up to us. The essence of yoga is that we are all one, we are all connected. When our community as a whole feels scared, panicked or frustrated, that spreads to our neighbor, our kids, and continues to fuel our inner flame. What if, in this time of disorder, we took a moment to pause, to breathe, and to recognize that we are all in this life together, trying our very best to cope. Compassion can spread just as quickly as fear, if you let it.
In an effort to keep everyone happy and healthy, the Library Arts Center will be temporarily closing their doors. Over the next three weeks – at least – we will not be holding regular studio classes. Instead, I would like to offer up all my classes online via my Namaste Newport: Yoga with Brianna Facebook Page on facebook live. You get to practice from the comfort of your own space; inside, outdoors, wherever you are able to practice safely! Feel free to spread the word; tell a friend, grab your kiddos or pets- they can practice with us! If you don’t follow me on Facebook, that’s totally fine. I will do my best to also record the practices so they are available on my YouTube channel
Schedule for online classes:
Mondays: 12-12:45 pm
Tuesdays: 8:30-9:30 am
Fridays: 8:30-9:30 am
Not familiar with facebook live? That’s ok! Neither am I! But we will figure this out and learn together. We will get through all of this, together.
Of course, I will keep you posted once we know when we will be able to return to our normal schedule and studio practices. Should you have any ideas or suggestions how best for us to practice together, feel free to share!
Thank you always, for everything.  May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be free from harm.    Namaste, Brianna
