We have many requests for the use of our facility for special events. The Library Arts Center’s spacious galleries are a wonderful backdrop for events such as annual meetings, parties, showers & other events.
Scheduling: Call the Library Arts Center to find out more about the types of events our facility may accommodate. The facility may not be rented out during gallery hours: Tues.-Fri. 11am-4pm, Sat. 10am-2pm OR when the Arts Center is between exhibits. Keep in mind that space availability largely depends on the nature of our exhibits. For instance, if the gallery is filled with 3-D sculptures or other works of art, it would be difficult to accommodate a sit-down dinner.
Rental Fee: $75 + $10 for every hour of space use (including event set-up & clean-up) A refundable security deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.

**PLEASE NOTE: CHOCOLATE, RED WINE, & any other foods/beverages that may stain the Library Arts Center’s carpeting are NOT permitted at any time in the gallery. Please plan accordingly in preparing for your gallery rental.**
