The 2017 FLOWER POWER GARDEN TOUR

in honor of the Library Arts Center’s 50th Anniversary (1967-2017)

Saturday, July 15th
9:00am—3:00pm
Rain Date: Sun. July 16th

Enjoy this self-guided tour some of the area’s most creative gardens and enjoy seeing artists and musicians in the gardens throughout the day.

Gardens are a source of inspiration, beauty and renewal, a place perfect for artists to create!  Be inspired both by the gardens created by gardeners who are artists in their own right, as well as the art being created in these imaginative and beautiful spaces.  It is our hope that this tour will fill you with inspiration to  create beauty in your own backyard.

NOTE:  In the event of HEAVY rains on Sat. July 15th, the tour will take place on Sun. July 16th.  In the event of light showers or sprinkles, the tour will still take place on Saturday, the 15th.

Tickets:  $16 on tour date

Tickets are available at the Library Arts Center on Sat. Jul. 15th

On the tour date, head to the Library Arts Center Gallery as early as 9:00 am to pick up your tour map and wrist band for garden admission.  To give our gardeners time to prepare, please do not plan on arriving at any of the gardens earlier than 9:00 am.

CALL for ARTISTS & MUSICIANS (and VOLUNTEERS!)

The Library Arts Center invites artists & musicians to create with us in the gardens during the Garden Tour on Saturday, July 15th. This experience is wonderful chance to give yourself concentrated painting time in a beautiful, inspiring location. Volunteers for the Tour are also needed to help in a variety of capacities. As a small thank-you, the Arts Center is pleased to present participating artists and musicians (as well as all tour volunteers) with a complimentary half-day ticket to enjoy the tour yourself!
