This year’s Winter Carnival Photo Contest brought more than 60 entries from both professional and amateur photographers. The Library Arts Center is pleased to announce this year’s winners:
1st Place – Sarah Bocko “An Early Taste of Winter”
2nd Place – Susan Dutton “Covered with Snow”
3rd Place – Yvonne Shukovsky “December Sunset”
4th Place – Dawn Grant “Winter Rose”
Honorable Mention – Rick Watts “Polormo Mine”
