Artists! Join us for Plein Air Adventure Painting Artists! Join us for Plein Air Adventure Painting� at the Cornish/Windsor Covered Bridge�⁠ THIS Saturday, October 17th - 1:00-4:00pm ⁠ ⁠ Join us for an autumn day of plein air painting at the longest historic wooden covered bridge in the U.S., spanning the Connecticut River between New Hampshire and Vermont. This location features strong river and village compositions, long portal views, and reflections.⁠ ⁠ Please NOTE: We will be painting the Cornish-Windsor bridge from the boat launch just north of the bridge on 12A. It’s marked by a NH State Fish & Game brown wooden sign that says “Cornish Wildlife Management Area”. There’s plenty of safe parking and the views up and down the river in either direction are beautiful. We will not be meeting at the bridge itself as the parking and views are more difficult to park at!⁠ ⁠ Feel free to drop by and paint for the entire session or only an hour; whatever fits into your schedule! We hear often of folks wanting to paint out of doors but stepping outside of our comfort zone can be intimidating! Once you push the boundaries of your comfort you will find great joy in painting outdoors. The key is correct clothing and supplies. Group facilitator, Heidi Lorenz, is here and happy to help guide any of you eager to give painting outdoors a try.⁠ ⁠ $8/session for LAC members, $12 for non-members⁠ ⁠ Find out more at libraryartscenter.org.
